The redevelopment of the former Northwood Plaza now known as Northwood Commons in Northeast Baltimore , recently announced additional tenants to the center. In addition to already announced anchors Lidl and Barnes & Noble, joining them will be Black owned bank Harbor Bank, Georgia Peach, Chipotle, IHOP, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and DTLR among others. The new shopping will be a boon to the homeowners in the area and Morgan State University when it opens in the spring of 2022.
