We're in early August and the days are breezing by. Before you know it, it'll be the fall and with that comes a new law in Baltimore City October 1st. A new plastic bag ban, joining surrounding counties who have already enacted this law. Consumers will be encouraged to bring their own reusable bags or pay $0.05 per bag.
